In this two part workshop, you'll learn ceramic hand building basics while creating a unique Goo of your own!
Your instructor Melissa will guide you through pinching and coiling, score and slip, and surface decoration via glazing by dipping and painting. No experience is necessary and all tools and materials are provided.
Please note, your Goos will be ready to pick up in 1-2 weeks after the second session, when the kiln firing is complete. POST staff will call when the projects are ready for pick up.
This is a two-session workshop: Sunday, April 12 and Sunday, April 19, 11:00am - 1:00pm both sessions.
We will form our Goos in session one. Then they will be fired and ready for glazing in session two.
